We use a combination of industry experience, professional training, and technology to serve our clients throughout New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania.
We're looking for an office assistant to help with daily office operations and organization.
Responsibilities Prepare proposals, invoices, and purchase orders for various projects.
Keep up to date records of work schedules, contracts, and equipment.
Compose, send, and catalog pay applications.
Coordinate with field service teams for purchase of materials and equipment from various vendors.
Process payroll on a weekly basis.
Perform other office duties as assigned.
Qualifications At least 1 year experience in an administrative role is preferred.
Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Dropbox.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good problem solver, communicator, and self-starter.
Must be self-disciplined and organized.
Knowledge of the elevator industry is a plus.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
