Our growing outpatient physical therapy practice and wellness center is seeking a licensed physical therapist for a Full-Time position to start as soon as possible! We provide a warm and friendly working environment, where quality of patient care is emphasized.
Applicant must be self-motivated, organized, have strong time management skills, and be willing to work on a team comprised of multiple disciplines.
A strong background/interest in manual therapy is encouraged.

Physical Therapist Job
Responsibilities:
Restores patient's function, alleviates pain, planning and administering medically prescribed physical therapy.
Physical Therapist Job Duties:
oMeets the patient's goals and needs and provides quality care by assessing and interpreting evaluations and test results; determining physical therapy treatment plans in consultation with physicians or by prescription.
oHelps patient accomplish treatment plan and accept therapeutic devices by administering manual exercises; instructing, encouraging, and assisting patients in performing physical activities, such as nonmanual exercises, ambulatory functional activities, and daily-living activities and in using assistive and supportive devices, such as crutches, canes, and prostheses.
oAssures continuation of therapeutic plan following discharge by designing home exercise programs; instructing patients, families, and caregivers in home exercise programs; recommending assistive equipment
oDocuments patient care services by charting in patient and department records.
