SEM Manager

Essential Functions: 1) Develops the media strategy and plans, activates, manages and optimizes paid SEM campaigns with high media spend on a regular basis. (40%) 2) Leads and implements search engine optimization (SEO) for clients' web properties, taking care of content side and technical sides of SEO. (40%) 3) Interprets data, prepares and presents monthly search engine marketing reports to the clients. 4) Participates in new pitches by providing research insights and search marketing POV by actively collaborating with strategy, account and activation teams. (10%) 5) Collaborates with the copy and UX teams for preparing digital assets for paid search campaigns and optimizing content of the web properties. (10%) Knowledge and Critical Skills/Expertise 1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, digital media or related field 2. Creative and at the same time data-driven to develop and revise search marketing strategy and tactics 3. Expert level knowledge of Google Adwords, Bing Ads and Google Analytics 4. Google Adwords certification 5. Skilled in keyword research and good understanding of search intent 6. Skilled in bidding optimization by keywords, devices and audience 7. Knowledgeable in the new features of Google Adwords and Bing Ads 8. Expertise in defining search KPIs, best aligned to the clients' goals and CRO 9. Expert level knowledge in onsite and offsite SEO and technical SEO 10. Expertise in conducting SEO audit 11. Up-to-date with the latest SEO related algorithmic and policy changes 12. Ability to perform in a fast-paced agency environment 13. Leadership skills and can work with no or minimum supervision, and deliver the results 14. Technically sound and knowledgeable in one or more SEO/ SEM tools like Moz, SEM Rush, Brightedge, Wordstream, Acquisio, Adwords Script

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
